Happy to announce this new six-week online course Happy to announce this new six-week online course with the Institute for @jewish_spirituality . Lots of folks practice mindfulness and get confused by the Buddhist terms and ideas that sometimes find their way into it. This course, intended for Jewish practitioners but open to all, is meant to clear up that confusion!
